    anyone familiar with this particular model? i have found one second hand on the net, and it sounds particularly deluxe, but i cannot find any fuller details on it through 'independent' sources.

    Erno is a great German viewer, rarely seen in the US. Following Pedro's recommendations, I almost bought an Erno E-1701 from Bavaria Film in Germany about 6 weeks ago...

    Bavaria was asking USD $150 for the Erno, & compared it to the Bauer viewers. Pedro felt the Erno & Bauer viewers are comparable, if not better, than the Elmos...
